What Reimage fixes?
This is only a partial list...based on thousands of successful repairs:
Computer doesn't hibernate
Scenario: Laptop not properly entering standby mode or hibernate mode. It seems to enter fine but within about 10 seconds, it powers back up. When you put it into standby, it shuts everything down nicely but within 10 seconds, it turns the lights back on and turns the fan on, but keeps the screen blacked out until I touch the trackpad. For Hibernate, as soon as it enters hibernate state, it resumes and comes out
Windows pop up message: "Task manager has been disabled by your administrator"
Many times when working on a computer that has been infected with a virus, trojan, or piece of spyware you may find Task Manager being disabled. Malware creators like to disable Task Manager so it makes solving the problem and removing the issue difficult.
IPConfig makes computer hang
When you run ipconfig by itself or with switches (/all, /displaydns, etc.) there is a blinking cursor and it takes about 5 minutes to get a response.

Antivirus 2009 is fake and malicious, with the intent of screwing up your computers. Antivirus 2009 is a clone of the infamous Antivirus 2008.
Clicking on Internet Explorer icon creates shortcuts on the desktop instead of opening the browser

Blue screens
Blue screen: UNKNOWN_HARD_ERROR
Stop 0xc0000218 error message
Means that a necessary registry hive file could not be loaded. This error message can occur if the file is corrupt or missing. Reimage will fetch a replacement from its web storage and fix it.
Blue screen: SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION
Blue screen: BAD_POOL_CALLER
An invalid pool request has been made by the current thread.
Blue screen: INVALID_KERNEL_HANDLE
A device driver likely has a bug.
Blue screen: CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED
Bug Check 0x5A: CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED
A critical service failed to initialize while starting the LastKnownGood control set.
Blue screen: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
This indicates that a process or thread Crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.May happen due to some corrupted system files.
Blue screen: DISORDERLY_SHUTDOWN
An application or device driver likely has a bug.
Blue screen: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO
This error can occur if some critical registry keys and values are not present. Also error can occur if RAM is damaged .
Blue screen: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Often this is caused by a bad device driver that is using an improper address. Other possibilities are faulty or mistmatched ram or a corrupted pagefile.
Blue screen: VIDEO_DRIVER_INIT_FAILURE
The system was not able to go into graphics mode because no display drivers were able to start. This usually occurs when no video miniport drivers are able to load successfully.
Blue screen: CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED
A critical service failed to initialize while starting the LastKnownGood control set. Probably a corrupted registry file.
Blue screen: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
Blue screen: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
STOP 0x0000001e KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED in win32k.sys
STOP 0xC000021A {Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process terminated unexpectedly.
This behavior can occur if you downloaded the Backdoor.NTHack virus from a remote host into your computer. This virus is initiated by the Dl.bat file in the InetPub\Scripts folder.
Blue screen: THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER
STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER
STOP: 0x100000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M
This happens when the graphics adapter is caught in an infinite loop while it waits for the video hardware to become idle.
Blue screen: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
This error often results from a boot device failure. During I/O system initialization, the boot device driver might have failed to initialize the boot device (typically a hard disk). File system initialization might have failed because it did not recognize the data on the boot device. Also, repartitioning the system partition or installing a new SCSI adapter or disk controller might induce this error. This error can also result from incompatible disk hardware.
Blue screen: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
This Stop message indicates that the requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory. This Stop message is usually caused by a bad block (sector) in a paging file, a virus, a disk controller error, or failing RAM. In rare cases, it is caused when nonpaged pool resources run out. It is also caused by defective hardware.
Blue screen: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
occurs when requested data is not found in memory. The system generates a fault, which normally indicates that the system looks for data in the paging file. In this circumstance, however, the missing data is identified as being located within an area of memory that cannot be paged out to disk. The system faults, but cannot find, the data and is unable to recover.
Blue screen: UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
The file system is damaged and cannot be mounted.
Blue screen: SESSION_HAS_VALID_POOL_ON_EXIT
This error is caused by a session driver not freeing its pool allocations prior to a session unload. This indicates a bug in win32k.sys, atmfd.dll, rdpdd.dll, or a video driver.
STOP error 0x27 RDR_FILE_SYSTEM
One possible cause of this bug check is depletion of nonpaged pool memory. If the nonpaged pool memory is completely depleted, this error can stop the system. However, during the indexing process, if the amount of available nonpaged pool memory is very low, another kernel-mode driver requiring nonpaged pool memory can also trigger this error.
Blue screen: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Indicates that a kernel-mode process or driver attempted to access a memory address to which it did not have permission to access. The most common cause of this error is an incorrect or corrupted pointer that references an incorrect location in memory.
Blue screen: DATA_BUS_ERROR
STOP 0x0000002E
This stop message indicates that a parity error has been detected in system memory. This error is almost always caused by a hardware problem, so may not be fixed using Reimage repair - but may be caused by a faulty device driver attempting to access an address or a virus infected the Master Boot Record (MBR) - Reimage can solve that!
Blue screen: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
A problem occurred within NTFS.SYS, the driver file that allows the system to read and write to NTFS file system drives. There may be a physical problem with the disk, or an Interrupt Request Packet (IRP) may be corrupted. Other common causes include heavy hard drive fragmentation, heavy file I/O, problems with some types of drive-mirroring software, or some antivirus software.
