Reimage's Commitment to Becoming the Market Leader in Web-Based Professional Optimization and Repair ToolsThe Global PC Repair MarketEver since they were first developed, PCs have had a higher complexity-to-cost ratio than anything consumers are likely to encounter. Over time, a multi-billion dollar global computer repair and support market has evolved around the almost 1 billion PCs in use worldwide. 1 Million PC TechniciansMore than 1 million PC technicians have, until now, had to rely largely on their own wits when fixing a malfunctioning PC. They have to deal with impatient internal or external customers whose sole aim is to get their PC fixed - quickly and accurately. And because diagnosing and fixing a problem can often cost more than simply replacing the component or program, some PC technicians do just that. The ChallengeThis was the challenge facing the multidiscipline team of computer engineers and Windows specialists at Reimage. The result of their intense R&D effort was the development of the first web-based, patent pending, professional diagnosis, optimization and repair set of tools. |
