Reimage Refund Policy
Reimage provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 7 days after using the Reimage product, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with Reimage.
In order to obtain the refund, you must "undo" the repairs provided by the Reimage product, using the "undo" shortcut placed on your computer during the repair process. Additionally, after you have run the "undo" function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from Reimage by contacting us at support@reimage.com.
During the course of the refund request, you must maintain contact with Reimage and comply with Reimage's requests regarding the removal of the Reimage product from your computer. This includes removing software and files from your machine and other steps that will remove the Reimage product from your machine and return your desktop, laptop or other Reimage supported machine to its former state - even in the event that the prior condition of the machine was an undesirable one. The 7 day refund period begins when the first repairs are completed on your machine.
Repair Key Expires 1 Year from Date of Purchase
In the event that you cannot perform the undo function for any reason, or if you do not respond or cooperate with Reimage's requests regarding the removal of the Reimage product from your machine, Reimage is not required to provide a refund.
If a purchase was made on an unsupported machine and/or a repair has not taken place during any time period, Reimage will be address the issue on a case by case basis, and may provide a refund after the 7 day refund period. Reimage is not required to provide a refund after the 7 day refund period for any reason.
