With surgical precision, Reimage diagnoses operating system problems, and replaces objects detected as faulty or missing on the PC. By accessing a web repository that stores 4 million components and registry objects, Reimage repairs programs, refreshes drivers and removes bugs and glitches - while maintaining the integrity of the user data.

Repair PC
Analyze
- Reimage monitors the system for any abnormalities or anything missing, and takes appropriate corrective action.
For example, if Reimage notices that a Windows system is installed on the D drive instead of on the default C drive, it will tweak the fresh system element.
- Reimage detects hardware devices on the PC that lack a device driver. The specific device driver is accessed from the web repository, and installed later.
- Reimage conducts an overall integrity check of PC-installed device drivers to ensure that all installed drivers function well.
Fix and Reboot
- Based on the earlier analysis, Reimage accesses fresh registry keys, files and device drivers from the web repository.
- Download begins, and Reimage correctly places the fresh items on the repaired PC.

- Using layman's terminology, you can generate a non-technical report containing all the data you wish your client to know.
- You can also customize your report. Your name and branding will appear on the report, and there will be no reference to Reimage.
- You can print out a hard copy or email the report to your client.
