Robert Kane - Chairman
Robert has more than 25 years experience in the IT field. He was network security officer at Goldman Sachs before founding Intrusion, the creators of the award winning Kane Security product family. Robert sold the company to NASDAQ traded RSA Security (RSAS), and was an RSA executive. He is on the boards of several technology companies, a founding member of New York Angels, a limited partner in several VC funds and a member of Tiger21. Robert attended Berkley College of Music, he has a BA in Journalism & Computers, and an MPS from NYU in Interactive Telecommunications.
Irving Chasen
Irv Chasen is a 35 year veteran-management consultant focused on key employee recruiting. For 15 years he was a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and then Grant Thornton where as partner-in-charge of Management Consulting for Philadelphia he was responsible for major client engagements. He worked at IBM for six years doing major account management for OCR systems. Irv has been a consultant to DuPont, State of Georgia, Westinghouse Electric, Baltimore Gas and Electric, StarCite, Accume Partners, Networld, Intrusion Detection, and GAN Anglo American ( where he served on the Board of Directors.) More recently he was a SVP at Right Management Consultants, Inc., where he was responsible for the integration of consulting company acquisitions. Irv holds a BS in Physics / Math from Muhlenberg College and a MS in Physics / Math from Drexel University. He is a Certified Management Consultant.
Jeffrey Leventhal
Jeffrey has had a successful career starting and successfully exiting four technology companies. Currently he is working as a consultant for two FORTUNE 500 companies, serves in advisory and board roles at several start-ups and is a founding member of NYC based, "Founders Round Table" Most recently Jeffrey founded OnForce (http://www.OnForce.com) in 2003, an online labor marketplace for IT service. He grew OnForce to profitability and then raised over 18 million dollars in venture capital. Prior to OnForce he founded, successfully grew and sold several other companies. In 1992, Jeff and two partners founded LANsafe Network Services, Inc. a network management firm based in NYC, which was sold to a system integration company in 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Jeffrey founded Remote Lojix, a national computer integration, staffing and service vendor. Remote Lojix was sold to AvTel Communications in 1998. In 2000 he founded Hosted Systems which was sold to a private technology company in 2001.
Blair Linville
Mr. Linville is VP Enterprise Technology of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. Prior to joining Harrah's he served as the CIO of GE Plastics Resins, a division of General Electric. He began his career as a Captain in the United States Air Force and was an ethics instructor at the United States Air Force Academy. Blair has a BA from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from Wharton School of Business.
